Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) 

Which HRIS? Are you already using an HRIS? Do you need help deciding on a platform? RIT has experience working with multiple HRIS systems and can help you find a platform that works best for your department. We also have a strong partnership with Paycor that allows us to customize their platform for emergency services. Our clients are eligible for discounted pricing, too! 

Recruiting and Hiring Tools 

First Impressions Matter. We partner with Paycor, a fully integrated human resource system that utilizes multiple job boards to increase your pipeline, expand your reach and collect the right information from candidates. Candidates experience a mobile friendly application process, simplified pre-employment testing, and are able to reach out for assistance at every step. We will post to the Texas Commission on Fire Protection or other custom distribution avenues, too.

Employee Life-Cycle Management 

Service Oriented. RIT-Management is a service oriented organization with a proactive approach, and we really love what we do. We will answer your members’ questions on payroll, benefits, worker’s compensation, FMLA – you name it, and we will help! We are proficient in conducting investigations, providing employee mediation, leadership coaching, and compliance training. Have an unusual employee situation? We’ve seen it!

We are happy to guide your members through their options to select insurance plans that work for them. Experience Counts. RIT-Management clients range from small fire departments with less than 20 members to larger departments with over 200 members. We work with volunteer, paid, and combination departments, those that offer both Fire and EMS services, and dispatch centers. We’ve assisted multiple departments transition from contracted service provider to direct service provider. Each department is unique.
